Recently, these have included helping to achieve planning approval for a luxury hotel development on the North Coast, Kainos new HQ in Belfast, Queens University student accommodation on Dublin Road, Belfast and three of the biggest battery energy storage schemes permitted in NI. The company has a particular speciality in renewable energy development and sustainable infrastructure and is currently advising on several major projects across Northern Ireland. Location of role: Belfast city centre Travel required? Travel is required throughout Northern Ireland and may include short visits to GB/ROI. Occasionally, the candidate will be required to work outside normal working hours depending on the project and client requirements Requirement: Experience in pre-application community consultation on major development projects Experience in writing/overseeing the production of statutory pre-application community consultation reports Experience in political lobbying and stakeholder engagement in Northern Ireland Experience in PR Experience in the energy sector an advantage but not essential Current team structure: Successful candidate will be joining the business at an early stage, reporting directly to the sole Director/owner of the business. They will have a high level of autonomy, with opportunities to establish and grow a team; and advance their own career within the company as the business grows.
